DNA-midiTM GT Plasmid DNA Purification Kit is used for purifying and separating high yield of plasmid DNA from midi scale of bacterial cell culture using silica membrane and optimized alkali lysis buffer system. Also, This product includes column that has treated by anion-exchanger resin based on alkaline lysis procedure. The advantages of using DNA-midiTM GT Plasmid DNA Purification Kit are, can obtained maximum 100ug yield of DNA using high copy plasmid (50ml)and low copy plasmid (100ml) and it takes only 120minutes to finish experiments compare to other vacuum type products. High purified plasmid DNA can be used for transfection, ligation, transformation, PCR experiment and experiment using Restriction enzyme.
